Stand Up Paddle
Stand up paddle surfing promotes balance, strength,core fitness and co-ordination and mental clarity. This ancient old Hawaiian sport is fun and relaxing. Whether you want to paddle on calm water or try catching waves, stand up paddle surfing is a great sport for surfers and non-surfers alike. Pacifc Surf is conveniently located between the Bay and the Ocean, so your beginner stand up paddle lessons will get you started on the bay to gain confidence and technique. Once you’ve honed in on your skills you may take an advanced SUP lesson on the Ocean and actually ride waves easily.
SUP is an isometric workout that strengthens your core muscles in naturally beautiful settings. Once you have your technique in order you may also ride the continuous wave on a SUP board on the Bay and experiment our Tow surfing, before having an open ocean Stand up paddle lesson with one of our partner schools, it is so much fun!
